Stability proof — simulation result
The basket was stress-tested against USD weaponization scenarios — including sanctions, dollar liquidity squeezes, and commodity embargoes. In all scenarios, the basket maintained value in regional currency terms. When the USD strengthened against MYR, IDR, THB, and SGD simultaneously, the commodity components of the basket appreciated in USD terms — offsetting the regional currency depreciation.
